Hempel Conversion Primer

Description

A two component epoxy primer that enables easy conversion from antifouling to Silic One Foul Release System or Hempaspeed TF. Can be applied on previously painted antifouling in good condition. NOTE for overcoating VC17, the VC17 must be sanded with 80-100 grit sandpaper to ensure adhesion. This conversion primer has a light pink colour to contrast with other paint layers ensuring full coverage. For use with all subtrates except wood. The conversion primer must be overcoated with an hour of application. A 6" solvent resistant foam roller is recommended for application, Redtree 36066 is a good choice. Coverage 15m^2/L (153ft^2/Qt )
