Marlow Excel V12 is made of 12 Strand Vectran with the new Armourcoat high penetration coating for even better wear resistance and protection. Lighter than wire it saves weight and works well around Sheaves and Turning Blocks. It can be used for Halyards, Trapeze Lines, permanent and running Backstays. Excel V12 is balanced to distribute high loads equally throughout the line but still remains lightweight, flexible and easy to splice. There`s no weight increase when wet and this line is UV resistant.
