The Rescue Can can be used to tow tired victims. Also provides support for in the water first aid. Constructed of sturdy, durable polyethylene, with nylon strap. The tough Shark Skin-like surface holds a film of water which lessens drag thru the water and permits it actually to glide on the water. Size: 28" long, 9-1/2" wide, 5" thick.
