Description

Designed to prevent damage to boats which are moored in areas which are subject to waves caused by winds and/or boat wake from passing boats. The fiberglass mooring whip acts as a spring to hold boat off the dock at a safe distance to prevent contact with the dock. To board simply pull on the stern line and the vessel will come along side the dock. Lines are made into a permanent assembly and are left on the dock for easy tie-up upon return. Bases, tips, and tensioners are cast from aluminum and are coated with a bright white polyester powder coating for added protection. Built in cleats (2) in each base for spring lines, bow and stern lines. Braided whip lines and spring lines included. SS mounting hardware included. Steel reinforced connector. Over-sized item - Purolator shipping only. Does not qualify for our free freight program . 3 YEARS WARRANTY This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The mooring whips are warranted for 3 years from the date of sale. This warranty covers the whips poles and bases. Damage caused by improper use, care or installation is not covered by this warranty. The consumer should refer to the installation manual to ensure all lines and hardware are fastened securely and correctly. These whips will withstand most fluctuating tides and winds. However, some conditions and mooring areas may be too rough for mooring whip installation. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the defective whip. Dock Edge + Inc. reserves the right to request a return of the product for inspection. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Dock Edge + Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, without limitation any lost profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity or loss of revenue, resulting from the misuse of this product, and does not assume any liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property.
