A double braided rope constructed with a multi-filament polypropylene (MFP) cover and a blend of Spectra and MFP in the core. It is designed for high performance sailing applications where a UV resistant, light weight, low stretch and easily handled line is essential. Novalite HP is designed with a urethane coating to protect its core when the application demands stripping off of the cover braid.
