This is an external pod thruster installation kit with a hard rubber, streamlined, hull shape adapter. The fairing adapter prevents lines and other objects from catching on the nose of the thruster. This kit is required for the installation of the EX95 External Pod Thruster (24V). For installation on hard chined bows, use #50155 GFK Wedge Adapter for V-Hull in addition to this kit. This 50152 "Adapter" Installation Kit* is suitable for: Mounting the EX95 as a Bow Thruster on - round or hard chine hulls. Mounting the EX95 as a Stern Thruster on - round chine or bathing platforms; not suitable for mounting on Vertical Transoms (use Basic Kit). FOB New Beford, MA.
